Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your contract with us for the Products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the Products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. You must also return the Products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

As soon as we receive the Products back from you, we will refund you the full price of the Products. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the Products.
